First of all, we need to analyze the relationship between the first and the latter, the initiative and the passive. Obviously, production is active and inspection is passive. Before the concept of "product quality is produced, not tested", early quality management is limited to quality inspection, only the quality of the product can be checked afterwards.


William Deming's famous quotas point out that the quality of the product can be guaranteed only in every part of the production process and in strict accordance with the requirements of the production process and the work instruction. Case 1:

There are many cases of plastic quality. If the quality departments are going to take the lead, it is really unfair. The author believes that quality control needs to be controlled in every link of the quality management system, which is obviously not fully undertaken by the quality inspection department or the quality management department, and must be carried out by the people in the best position. For example, the quality problem of some products is easy to find in the production process, but it is difficult to find out in the test. At this time, the producer is obviously more aware of the quality problem than the quality inspector. If the practitioners do not control the quality actively and only rely on the quality inspector, the quality of the product will not be fundamentally guaranteed.

How to control the quality of the product omni-directional


The product is basically located at the design stage, and the quality of the product is guaranteed by purchasing, processing, packing and transportation. The control of these links is good, and the quality is naturally controlled. First, setting up quality is the lifeblood consciousness of the enterprise

The cost of the product will be greatly improved, even if a large amount of inspection manpower is put into the production, and the production of a large number of defective products or even waste products produced by the production is not controlled from the source. Moreover, some of the quality problems of the products may not be found and remedied from the post process, which requires us to do things well in the first time to prevent the quality of the problem.

Fourth, set up the awareness of the quality of the program


Quality management is the whole process and the whole company, and between the various processes, the work between the various departments of the company must be orderly and effective. All the quality managers and operators are required to be done strictly in accordance with the procedures. If the chances are not to go wrong according to the procedure, the quality of the products can not be guaranteed.


Fifth, set up the sense of responsibility for quality


80% of the quality problems are management, and only 20% of the problems originate in the staff, that is to say, the manager's controllable defect accounts for about 80%, and the operator's controllable defect is generally less than 20%. While improving the management level, managers must make the operators understand the following four points:


A. the operator knows what he does and why he does so.

B. the operator knows whether the product he has produced meets the requirements of the specification.

D. operators have the ability to handle abnormal situations correctly.


If the above four points have been met and the equipment, tooling, testing and material conditions are all available in the production and the failure still occurs, it is considered to be the operator's controllable defect. If any of the above four points can not be satisfied or the material conditions such as equipment, tooling, inspection and material in production are not available Failure is the responsibility of managers. Only by understanding the responsibility of quality problems can we improve the quality of the problem and improve the quality.


Sixth, set up the consciousness of continuous transmission of quality


Quality is not the best, only better. Quality improvement is a continuous and continuous process. It follows the PDCA mode. The PDCA model can be summarized as follows:


P - plan: make improvement plan according to the requirement of the product;
